Within days we have heard of blasts (here and abroad) , not just any kind of explosion, but with purpose of sowing fear and terror, a design to suit one's vested interests.
People's lives were lost, families mourn, and the perpetrators still roam our lands. Life is precious, as we always have said. To take a life is in great violation of nature. To take lives for selfish reasons is unforgivable.
Life is owned individually; that is, every life has its story, has music of its own. A sudden lost of life is like ears going shut. A complete silence. Then the horror follows.
Let me end my post today with a little poem:
Life as have been given
Would also have to be returned
For it is man's natural task
To nurture it. To protect it.
O Life, you're so precious
Yet, others just don't see it
A candle was lit
Others go out. Slowly. Sudden.
A chase without end
A shell dropped to the sea
Life is also the same
When someone losses it.
See? What God has given us
A single term of life
So much to learn from
So much to experience.
For all of us here
Be thankful, be grateful
By living it beautifully
Giving life to you has its worth.
